I always love festival parades like that! Those guys better be careful - a bad fall could reduce their chances of having children....
The guy really seems in pain, but his friends are cracking up (I assume that they're drunk).
When seeing this picture, I don't know if I should laugh (because of these two guys' faces) or feel bad for the one on the floor.
Looks like a precarious pastime. Are these processions going on all over Japan at the minute? I have seen them on other Japan blogs.
